- Accordingly, KSTATION recommends using the ‘KSTATION SHIPPING’ for shipments to the United States.

Orders that reach USD 200 ship free. The rate is applied automatically at checkout, no code is required, and it is not limited to first orders.
- The threshold is USD 200 on the order total, calculated before shipping.
- Once your cart qualifies, the free rate appears at checkout for every destination we ship to.
- Hawaii and Alaska are handled as separate shipping zones and keep a flat rate, so the $200 free shipping does not apply to those two.
Region notes
For specific countries or situations, our policy differs from the standard process described above. Please read the relevant notes before placing your order.
- Following repeated customs returns on FedEx shipments bound for Germany and Portugal, each country has been separated into its own shipping zone (“EMS Shipping”).
- Orders to Germany and Portugal are dispatched via EMS rather than FedEx. The correct carrier is selected automatically at checkout based on the destination country, so no action is needed on your side.
- EMS transit is 5–8 business days from dispatch, compared with 2–4 business days on FedEx Express.
- Because of persistent customs clearance difficulties on shipments to Spain, Spain has been removed from our shipping destinations as of August 18, 2026.
- Spanish delivery addresses cannot be completed at checkout. If you have an order already placed to a Spanish address, contact support@dpmlogis.com.
- If a shipment is refused at your destination's customs and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the amount paid, excluding shipping fees.
- To reduce risk, please make sure the delivery address, recipient name, and any local import requirements are correct before placing your order. If unsure, contact support@dpmlogis.com before ordering.
