Orders & Payments FAQs

Yes, guest checkout is available. However, benefits such as order tracking, discounts, and reward points are only available to registered members.
We accept payments via Payoneer link (credit/debit card), Wise transfer, and international bank wire transfer.
For orders placed during business hours (KST 10:00–17:00), payment links are sent within 30 minutes. Orders placed outside of business hours will receive the link the following business day.
Registered members can check their payment status in My Page. Status updates from Unpaid → Paid once confirmed.

Products FAQs

Yes. All products are guaranteed 100% genuine and are sourced through verified and reputable Korean distributors. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.
It varies by product, but we only ship items with at least 6–12 months remaining before expiry.
Certain items are intended for professional use only and may fall under regulated categories depending on local laws. Such products must be handled and used only by licensed professionals in accordance with local regulations. We do not provide medical guidance or take responsibility for use by unqualified individuals.
Most products should be stored in a cool, dry place (2–25℃), away from direct sunlight. Specific items may require refrigeration, which will be indicated separately.
Kstation does not accept liability for any side effects, injuries, or complications resulting from product use. Products must only be used under the supervision of certified professionals. If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified medical expert.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

We ship to many countries worldwide; however, availability depends on each country's import regulations and customs policies. Some items may be restricted or unavailable in certain regions due to local regulations.
Orders with payment confirmed before 11:00 AM KST are dispatched within 24 hours, while orders confirmed after 11:00 AM KST are dispatched within 48 hours.

Once dispatched, Express shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days, though customs processing and local conditions may extend this timeframe. For customs-handled shipping, delivery times vary by country and are subject to local clearance procedures.
Registered members can track their orders through My Page. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination, weight, and chosen courier. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders (for example, from around USD 200 and above, depending on destination, weight, and ongoing promotions). During Early Access, we may offer additional promotional free-shipping events, which will be announced on the website or at checkout.
Due to the nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Refunds or exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or non-authentic items after review. If a product is confirmed to be non-authentic, we will provide a 100% refund or replacement. For any claim, submission of an unboxing video is required for dispute resolution.
Returns require prior approval. Please contact us first at and follow the instructions provided. For defective, damaged, or authenticity-related claims, submission of an unboxing video is mandatory.
