How to Recognise a Genuine Payment Request
Wholesale payments are a common target for impersonation. The list below describes exactly how KSTATION contacts you about payment — and what we will never do. If anything you receive falls outside this, treat it as fraudulent and tell us.
Wise transfer. Our primary method. You receive a Wise payment request tied to your order number, and pay to the account of our registered company.
International bank transfer. Available on request. Account details are stated on the invoice we issue — never sent separately in a follow-up message.
- Ask for your card number, CVC, PIN, or account password — by email, phone, or messenger.
- Send a payment request from any address other than @dpmlogis.com.
- Ask you to pay a personal or individual account. Payment is always made to our registered company account.
- Tell you our bank details have changed mid-order. If you receive such a message, stop and contact us before paying.
- Ask for payment in gift cards, cryptocurrency, or cash transfer services.
- Pressure you to pay outside the 7-day window described above, or threaten penalties for late payment.
Three Checks Before You Pay
Your card details never reach us. We do not store, process, or request card data at any point. Payment is settled by Wise transfer or international bank transfer, both of which run on regulated banking rails.
Every payment is traceable. Each transfer is tied to an invoice and an order number, so both sides hold a verifiable record of what was paid and when.
Why not card checkout? These are cross-border wholesale orders, frequently in large amounts and multiple currencies. Card networks cap and surcharge transactions at this size, so we settle by transfer instead — it keeps fees lower and the audit trail cleaner for both parties.
The deadline is not a pressure tactic. Stock is held for you during the 7-day window. If it lapses the stock is released, but you are welcome to reorder at any time.
Who You Are Paying
KSTATION is the trading name of the company below. These are the details that should appear on your invoice and on the transfer screen. Our registration numbers are on public record with the Korean National Tax Service and the Supreme Court corporate registry — you are welcome to verify them before you pay.
Received something that claims to be from KSTATION but does not match this page? Forward it to info@dpmlogis.com before you act on it. We check every report, and we would far rather answer a false alarm than let you lose money.
