KSTATION is a North America-focused K-derma platform. Everything we publish, from ingredient guides to category explainers and product notes, follows the rules on this page. We publish them so you can hold us to them.
Editorial principles
- Ingredient-first. We write about ingredients and categories by their proper names: PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide), EGF (epidermal growth factor), exosomes, hyaluronic acid (HA). First mentions carry the full name and the abbreviation, every time.
- No efficacy claims. KSTATION is a distributor, not a manufacturer and not a clinic. We describe what an ingredient is and how a category is positioned. We do not claim that any specific product treats a condition, erases a concern, or lasts a defined period.
- Education, not medical advice. Our articles are general information. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and products intended for professional use are marked as such.
What we verify before publishing
Product and manufacturer facts are checked against primary records before an article goes live:
- Korean regulatory records from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), including manufacturer and licensing verification where applicable.
- Manufacturer technical documentation and product monographs.
- Our own catalog records, so that what an article says matches what we actually stock and how it is sourced.
We stock officially sourced products only. Sourcing statements in our content follow the same rule as everything else: if we cannot verify it, we do not print it.
Sources and citations
Educational articles cite the external material they rely on in a "Sources & references" section at the end of the piece. We cite only sources we have actually consulted. If a claim cannot be traced to a verifiable source, we either remove the claim or state plainly that it is our editorial judgment.
Corrections
When we get a fact wrong, we correct the article and update it. Imprecise wording may be improved without notice; factual errors are corrected as a matter of policy. To report an error, reach us through the contact page.
What we do not do
- No borrowed or implied certifications. We do not describe a product as approved by any regulator unless that approval exists and applies to the exact product and market in question.
- No fabricated reviews, testimonials, or superlatives.
- No citations to sources we have not read.
Who writes KSTATION content
Articles are produced by KSTATION Editorial from a curator and sourcing standpoint: we select, verify, and contextualize. Our authority rests on what we choose to stock and how carefully we describe it, not on clinical claims.
