Wellsfil Series
South Korean Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers utilizing BDDE cross-linking technology.
The Wellsfil series features a monophasic gel structure designed to provide smooth injection, uniform tissue integration, and structural stability. The series includes 0.3% lidocaine to minimize patient discomfort during the procedure. It is available in three viscoelastic variants to target different depths of the skin and address various aesthetic concerns, from superficial wrinkles to deep facial contouring.
| Feature | Wellsfil Fine | Wellsfil Deep | Wellsfil Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Formulation Type | Low Viscosity Gel (Soft) | Medium Viscosity Gel | High Viscosity Gel (Hard) |
| Target Depth | Superficial Dermis | Mid to Deep Dermis | Deep Dermis / Subcutaneous |
| Best For | Fine lines, subtle volume | Moderate-to-deep wrinkles, lips | Facial contouring, severe volume loss |
Wellsfil Fine
Low Viscosity Gel (Soft and highly flowable)
Fills superficial tissue depressions by physically expanding the extracellular matrix in the upper dermis.
Monophasic structure with a low degree of cross-linking, ensuring smooth extrusion and minimal lump formation in delicate tissues.
Correction of fine lines, subtle volume restoration, and skin surface smoothing.
Crow's feet (periorbital lines), perioral lines (smoker's lines), fine forehead lines, and superficial neck wrinkles. The softest filler in the lineup, tailored for thin-skinned areas where highly viscous gels could cause visible irregularities or the Tyndall effect.
Supplied as a pre-filled syringe. Typically administered with a fine gauge needle (e.g., 30G).
- Temporary redness
- Swelling
- Bruising and mild tenderness at the injection site
Wellsfil Deep
Medium Viscosity Gel (Balanced elasticity)
Acts as a volumizing implant in the mid-to-deep dermis to lift moderate to deep skin folds and restore structural support.
A balanced monophasic gel that provides a combination of cohesive strength and moldability.
Correction of moderate-to-deep wrinkles, natural volume enhancement, and lip augmentation.
Nasolabial folds, marionette lines, deep forehead lines, lips, and cheeks. The standard, multipurpose variant within the series, ideal for treating the most common facial wrinkles and providing soft volume.
Supplied as a pre-filled syringe. Typically administered with a 27G needle.
- Swelling
- Bruising
- Localized pain and erythema post-injection
Wellsfil Volume
High Viscosity Gel (Thick and highly cohesive)
Injected into deep tissue planes to provide strong structural scaffolding, lifting heavy tissues and projecting facial contours.
High degree of cross-linking resulting in a firm, dense gel that resists degradation and deformation under tissue pressure.
Facial contouring, restoration of severe volume loss, and augmentation of hard tissues.
Chin augmentation, jawline contouring, nose bridge enhancement, cheekbones, and severe nasolabial folds. The most robust filler in the lineup, exclusively used for deep structural support and facial sculpting where maximum lift is required.
Supplied as a pre-filled syringe. Requires an appropriately sized needle or cannula (e.g., 25G or 27G) due to its high viscosity.
- Prolonged firmness at the injection site
- Swelling
- Bruising and tenderness
