Key ingredients
- 01 Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA)85% of vial weight (42.5 mg in 50mg vial)Biodegradable microspheres used as a gradual collagen biostimulator.
- 02 Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC)15% of vial weight, combined with HASuspending agent that helps disperse the PLLA microspheres evenly.
- 03 Hyaluronic Acid15% of vial weight, combined with CMCHydrating component of the hybrid formulation.
Fiola PLLA
A hybrid collagen-stimulating filler series combining PLLA (Poly-L-lactic acid) with CMC (Carboxymethylcellulose) and HA (Hyaluronic Acid). Once injected, PLLA gradually degrades into lactic acid, stimulating fibroblasts to secrete Type III collagen — progressively remodeled into Type I collagen — to rebuild the skin's collagen network over time. CMC ensures even dispersion of PLLA microspheres and supports collagen production. HA provides fast hydration and elasticity from the first session.
- Patented smooth-surface PLLA microspheres — reduces aggregation, nodules, and embolism risk
- Particle size above 20 µm — prevents phagocytosis by immune cells
- Freeze-drying technology — moisture residue under 0.5% for long-term stability
- Fast full hydration — 15–30 minutes (vs. 8–24 hours for many competing PLLA products)
- Low injection force — 0.9–2.0 N with a 26G needle

Fiola PLLA 50mg — Soft Stimulator
Entry-level "Soft Stimulator" — lowest PLLA concentration and smallest particle size in the line, optimized for superficial skin-quality improvement rather than structural volumizing.
Fiola PLLA 200mg — Mid Stimulator
Mid-tier version for deep-layer facial injection — bridges the superficial 50mg and structural 400mg tiers for deeper tissue structure support.
Fiola PLLA 400mg — Hard Stimulator
Higher-concentration tier for deeper body injections — bridges the facial-focused 200mg and the full-body-volumizing 1000mg Extra tiers.
Fiola PLLA 1000mg — Extra Stimulator
Top-tier, largest-particle version designed exclusively for deep-body volumizing applications. Distinct dilution and hydration protocol compared to other variants — requires a 30–40 minute hydration rest after reconstitution.
| Treatment Area | Vials / Session | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Buttocks & Hips | 3–4 vials | Hyper-diluted (20 mL+) · fanned into subcutaneous tissue |
| Breasts | 3–4 vials | High-volume dilution into deep subcutaneous layer — avoid glandular tissue |
| Calves | 1–2 vials per calf | Deep subcutaneous / fascial layer |
| Penile Girth | Per protocol | Non-incisional · local anesthesia · ~10 min procedure · no suture removal required · 21–23G blunt cannula |
