It works great! Both for face and underarms
I placed my order with KStation on August 11 and received it on August 21. Most of the shipping time, the package was still in South Korea. A UPS tracking number was generated within a couple of days after I ordered, but it did not become active until the package reached the U.S., cleared customs, and was handed over to UPS. Once customs clearance was completed, the tracking became active, and I received my package within about 2–3 days.
I have ordered smaller quantities of Botox products in the past, including 50-unit and 100-unit sizes, and I had very good results with them. This time, I decided to order the 300-unit size. The Botox arrived very cold, and the ice packs inside the package were still chilled and not completely melted. I also ordered a few other products at the same time, and everything was packed very carefully and securely.
I was also very happy with KStation’s communication. They communicate through WhatsApp, and although there is a time-zone difference, they usually responded quickly once their business day started. They answered my questions clearly, helped with any doubts I had, and made an effort to make sure I was comfortable with my order.
Another thing that gave me confidence was their shipping policy. They explained that if a package were stopped or lost during customs clearance, replacement or refund options were available. That gave me extra reassurance about placing a larger order.
As for the product itself, I have been very satisfied with the results. In my experience, the effect has been comparable to products are similar like Aesthetics Labs. I have also attached my before-and-after pictures so the results can be seen.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the products, packaging, communication, and delivery experience. Their prices are also considerably more affordable compared with many other companies I have looked at, which is another big advantage for me.
