SYNERFILL Face
Hybrid HA-PLLA Collagen Stimulator
- PLLA (Poly-L-lactic acid): 200mg. Acts as a bio-stimulator triggering fibroblast activity for long-lasting neocollagenesis.
- H-HA (High-molecular-weight HA): 30mg.
- L-HA (Low-molecular-weight HA): 30mg. Provides immediate hydration and acts as a carrier/suspension agent for PLLA.
Microporous Sphere Technology: Utilizes spherical PLLA particles with internal pores, maximizing the surface area for higher collagen/elastin production and allowing for smoother, less painful injections. CMC & Mannitol Free: Uses HA instead for suspension, adding hydration benefits.
- Dual Volumization: Immediate volumizing effect from HA, followed by sustained neocollagenesis from PLLA.
- Collagenesis: Active stimulation and generation of collagen and elastin under the skin.
- Wrinkle Reduction: Effectively reduces fine lines and deep wrinkles.
- Skin Improvement: Enhances skin hydration, elasticity, compliance, and smooths overall texture.
Standard Cycle: 2 to 3 sessions at 1-month intervals.
Duration: Long-lasting PLLA effects maintained for up to 24 months.
| Product | Target Area & Focus |
|---|---|
| SYNERFILL Face (260mg) | Optimized for facial volume restoration, fine wrinkles, and lifting. |
| SYNERFILL Body | Tailored for larger body areas requiring extensive volume (hips, buttocks, abdomen). |
To prevent the formation of subcutaneous nodules (granulomas), practitioners strictly recommend the "5-5-5 Rule" for patients: Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days post-treatment to ensure even particle distribution.
What is SYNERFILL Face used for?
SYNERFILL Face is a hybrid HA-PLLA collagen stimulator used for dual volumization, collagenesis, wrinkle reduction, and overall skin improvement. It provides immediate volume from HA followed by sustained neocollagenesis from PLLA. Recommended areas include nasolabial folds, temple, cheek, jowls, eye area, chin, jawline, marionette lines, forehead, and neck.
What is SYNERFILL Face made of?
Each 260mg vial contains PLLA (Poly-L-lactic acid) 200mg as a bio-stimulator, H-HA (High-molecular-weight HA) 30mg, and L-HA (Low-molecular-weight HA) 30mg which provides immediate hydration and acts as a carrier for the PLLA. It uses Microporous Sphere Technology and is CMC & Mannitol free, using HA instead for suspension.
How is SYNERFILL Face reconstituted and administered?
The 260mg vial is reconstituted to create 9mL of suspension solution by mixing with 7mL of sterile saline and 2mL of 2% Lidocaine, and must be completely and evenly reconstituted before use. It is then administered by subcutaneous injection into the subcutaneous fat layer using a thin needle or cannula, typically over 2 to 3 sessions at 1-month intervals, with effects maintained for up to 24 months.
Who should administer SYNERFILL Face?
SYNERFILL Face is for professional medical use only and must strictly avoid intravascular injection to prevent vascular occlusion or necrosis. It is contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin inflammation/infection at the injection site, or a history of keloid formation/hypertrophic scarring. Patients should follow the "5-5-5 Rule" (massage 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days) to prevent nodules.
Who manufactures SYNERFILL Face?
SYNERFILL is manufactured by Healink Korea.
