Whether a hyaluronic acid filler contains lidocaine is one of the most practical questions a buyer asks, and one of the easiest to get wrong. Most of the Korean fillers we list include it. A handful offer versions without it, sometimes distinguished by nothing more than a single letter. We read the lidocaine statements on every hyaluronic acid filler listing in our range. This is what they declare.
How we read the pages
We went through the product description, specification and usage notes on each active dermal filler listing in our catalogue on 18 September 2026 and recorded what each says about lidocaine. We excluded listings that are not currently available to order, products that are not hyaluronic acid fillers, and a small number of listings whose product information contains inconsistencies we have not yet resolved. That leaves 31 hyaluronic acid filler listings.
Everything below describes what our product pages declare. The carton is the final reference for any individual box, and the checks at the end of this piece explain how to use it.
The summary
| What the page declares | Listings |
|---|---|
| Lidocaine in every version | 21 |
| Lidocaine in some versions, not others | 4 |
| No lidocaine in any version | 1 |
| Not clearly stated | 5 |
Where a concentration is given, it is the same across the range: 0.3%, written on some pages as 3mg per millilitre. We did not find a filler in our range declaring a different lidocaine concentration.
Lidocaine in every version: 21 listings
For these listings, the page states that lidocaine is included across the line, so any version you order should declare it.
CARATFILL (Sub-Q, Deep, Kiss) · LUXFILL · MAYFILL · STARDERM · STARFILL · HYALDEW · REVOLAX · BEADSMAX (Fine, Mid, High) · BONETTA · CELOSOME · REPLENGEN · CHAEUM PREMIUM · E.P.T.Q · VOM · ELASTY Plus · VOLUDERM 20 · REVELINA · WELLSFIL · SUNNYFILL (Pink, Green, Blue, Red), and two larger-volume listings, MOMM mini and VOLUDERM 60 Body Shot.
This is the default in our range. Among the listings that state a clear position, lidocaine is present in every version of 21 out of 26. A buyer who needs a filler with lidocaine has a wide choice. A buyer who needs one without it has a much narrower one, and needs to read carefully.
Lidocaine in some versions only: 4 listings
These are the listings where the lidocaine question depends on which version you order. They are also where mistakes happen, because the distinction is often carried by a letter or a short word in the version name.
ELASTY. ELASTY D and ELASTY F contain lidocaine. ELASTY G is declared lidocaine-free. In the separate ELASTY Plus line, all three versions, including G Plus, contain lidocaine. The two lines are compared in detail in ELASTY vs ELASTY Plus.
NEURAMIS. The versions are named by their lidocaine status. Our listing includes Lidocaine, Light Lidocaine, Deep Lidocaine and Volume Lidocaine versions, and one Deep Non-Lido version without lidocaine.
BEADSMAX Classic. Classic-H contains lidocaine. Classic-S is declared lidocaine-free. The difference is one letter.
SOSUM. The page describes both lidocaine and non-lidocaine versions. Confirm which one is being supplied before ordering.
No lidocaine: 1 listing
One listing declares no lidocaine in any version: REGENOVUE Fine, Deep and Sub-Q, described on its page as hyaluronic acid filler without lidocaine. It is the only one of these 31 listings that is lidocaine-free throughout.
Not clearly stated: 5 listings
For five listings, our pages do not give a clear answer. LIP STAR and VOLUDERM Fine, Deep and Sub-Q do not mention lidocaine at all. REJUVAFILL does not mention it either. DENEB Classic describes lidocaine in its composition but is offered in H and S versions, and the page does not say which version the statement covers. A second REGENOVUE listing, separate from the lidocaine-free one above, refers to versions with lidocaine without making clear which versions those are.
We are not going to guess. For these five, the carton is the reference, and it is worth asking to see it before an order ships if lidocaine matters.
How to check lidocaine on an order
Name the version, not only the brand. In mixed lines the brand name says nothing about lidocaine. The version does.
Read the composition on the carton. Lidocaine is a declared component. If it is present, the carton should list it, usually with its concentration. If the carton is silent, treat the product as not declaring it.
Watch for version letters in messages and invoices. A message that says ELASTY without a letter, or BEADSMAX Classic without H or S, has left the lidocaine question open.
Keep the version on every document. Orders are often placed in one message, confirmed in another and invoiced in a third. If the version letter or the word Non-Lido drops out at any of those steps, the lidocaine information drops with it. When a mixed-line product matters, check that the version survives from the order to the invoice to the packing list.
Ask for the carton photo when it matters. For any listing in the not-clearly-stated group, and for any mixed line, a photo of the composition panel settles it before the goods are in transit.
How to read the rest of a hyaluronic acid filler's specification, including cross-linking and concentration, is set out in reading an HA filler, and what a filler's per-millilitre figures mean for what is in the box is covered in what one millilitre of filler declares.
