Core Ingredients & Technical Details
Primary Active Ingredient
Neuromodulator — Hall Group Strain 150 Units Clostridium botulinum toxin type A Purified neurotoxin complex · blocks acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction to induce localized, temporary muscle relaxation

Mechanism of Action
  • Neuromuscular Blockade: Blocks the release of acetylcholine from nerve endings at the neuromuscular junction, halting muscle contractions in the targeted area.
  • Localized Muscle Relaxation: Produces temporary, controlled muscle relaxation, smoothing overlying skin and reducing the appearance of dynamic wrinkles.
HI Pure Technology — Patented Purification Process A specialized purification technology designed to minimize unnecessary proteins and impurities within the toxin complex, thereby significantly reducing the risk of immunogenicity (toxin resistance) and improving long-term treatment reliability.
Botulinum Toxin Type A Hall Group Strain HI Pure Technology Minimized Immunogenicity Lyophilized Powder
Efficacy & Expected Benefits
Main Effects
  • Deep wrinkle correction — effectively diminishes dynamic wrinkles by restricting excessive muscle movement
  • Temporary muscle relaxation for facial and body contouring
  • Relief of muscle spasticity in therapeutic applications
Recommended Treatment Areas
Glabellar Lines (Frown Lines) Crow's Feet Forehead Wrinkles Masseter — Jawline Slimming Calves Arms Upper Limb Spasticity
Dosage Guide by Treatment Area
Treatment Area Total Units Volume / Site Injection Sites Notes
Glabellar Lines 20 U 0.1 mL (4 U) per site 5 sites (corrugator & procerus) Standard frown line protocol
Crow's Feet 24 U Divided per side 3 sites per side (12 U per side) Bilateral treatment
Masseter (Jawline) 50–100 U Variable Variable Bilateral; adjust to muscle size
Muscle Spasticity Up to 360 U total Variable Divided across affected muscles Dose by muscle size & severity

Dosage references are provided as general clinical guidelines. Actual dosing must be determined by the treating physician based on individual patient assessment.

Usage Protocol & Application Guide
Application Method
Intramuscular injection using a fine needle — 30–33 gauge recommended for superficial facial muscles.
Treatment Cycle
Sessions spaced every 3–6 months. Frequent or premature re-administration is not recommended to avoid the development of toxin resistance.
Onset & Duration of Effect
Timepoint Observable Effect
Day 1–2 Initial chemical denervation begins
First Week Effects peak in intensity
3–6 Months Full therapeutic and aesthetic effects — duration varies by treated area

Reconstitution Instructions
  • 1 Reconstitute using 0.9% preservative-free sterile sodium chloride (saline) solution.
  • 2 Insert the needle and direct the diluent slowly against the vial wall to prevent foaming.
  • 3 Gently swirl the vial to mix. Do not shake vigorously — agitation can degrade the active toxin proteins.
Storage & Handling
Required Storage Temperature
Refrigerated: 2–8°C · Keep sealed until use
After Reconstitution
Store in refrigerator (2–8°C) and use within 24 hours.
General Handling Tips
  • Ship in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain cold chain integrity.
  • Do not shake the vial vigorously at any stage — agitation degrades active toxin proteins.
Precautions & Safety Notes
Contraindications Contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in patients with known hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin type A, and in patients with neuromuscular junction disorders (e.g., Myasthenia Gravis, ALS).
Safety Warnings Professional medical use only. Precise dosing and anatomical placement are critical — improper injection may cause ptosis (drooping eyelids), uneven eyebrow position, or toxin extravasation to adjacent muscles. Do not inject into blood vessels.
Common Temporary Side Effects
Note Swelling, bruising, pain or tenderness at the injection site, redness, and temporary localized muscle weakness may occur following treatment.
Post-Treatment Care
  • 1 Remain upright for at least 4 hours following injection.
  • 2 Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas for at least 4 hours to prevent toxin migration to adjacent muscles.
  • 3 Refrain from strenuous exercise, saunas, and excessive heat exposure for 24 hours post-injection.
