GOURI
World's First Liquid Type PCL Injectable
Collagenesis-Enabled Solubilized Active and Biodegradable Polymer technology enables PCL to be fully solubilized in water without microparticles, unlike traditional PCL fillers.
GOURI spreads naturally into the surrounding tissue due to its liquid nature and acts as a "Fundamental Anti-Aging" treatment. It biodegrades slowly while stimulating fibroblasts to synthesize new collagen (Neocollagenesis).
- Intense Collagenesis: Stimulation of the skin's natural collagen production.
- Skin Rejuvenation & Lifting: Improvements in skin elasticity, texture, and firmness.
- Wrinkle Reduction: Softens fine lines and deep wrinkles (e.g., crow's feet, marionette lines).
- Natural Volume: Restores volume loss gradually through natural collagen buildup.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Injection Depth | Deep Dermis to Subcutaneous layer |
| Needle Size | 30G to 35G needle |
| Standard Cycle | 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart |
| Maintenance | 1–2 sessions every 6–12 months |
Typically requires 2mL (2 syringes) per session for full-face coverage (1mL per side).
Can be safely used for the eye area due to its liquid spreadability.
Mild swelling (edema) is common for 2–3 days post-injection due to the collagenesis inflammatory response. Redness, bruising, or tenderness may occur.
- Avoid heavy makeup for 24 hours.
- Avoid sauna, alcohol, and strenuous exercise for 1 week.
What is GOURI used for?

What is the key ingredient?
The key ingredient is Polycaprolactone (PCL) at 210mg/mL (21%), delivered as a fully solubilized, microparticle-free liquid using CESABP technology.
How long do results last?
Visual improvements often start within 1–2 weeks, and results typically last 6–12 months as the PCL degrades naturally. The standard cycle is 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, with maintenance of 1–2 sessions every 6–12 months.
Who should administer GOURI?
GOURI is a Class III medical device administered by injection into the deep dermis to subcutaneous layer using a 30G to 35G needle, and should be administered by a qualified medical professional.
